Sales Process for First Release at Jasmine Terrace

Due to high demand for these homes and in an effort to offer these homes in a fair, equitable and manageable manner, Classics at CCI Evelyn Park, L.P. (SELLER) has developed the following Sales Release Process.

Should you plan to purchase a home at Jasmine Terrace we ask that you read this information carefully so that you have a thorough understanding of how the process will work.

We will be utilizing a first-come first-serve system beginning at 10:00am on Saturday, June 27th.
